February 26 will be a full day of school for students. It was originally planned to be an early dismissal day, however due to school days missed on Jan. 28 and Jan. 29, it is now a full day for students.
Any parents interested in viewing their child’s grades online, please see Ms. Debbie in the front office. Please bring a picture ID to gain your access code. Only parents will be able to obtain access to Parent Portal.

Congratulations goes out to Ms. Jessica Harrison, our 2013 Teacher of the Year! Ms. Harrison currently teaches seventh grade Social Studies and has been a teacher for nine years, all at Gretna Middle. Ms. Harrison is a graduate of the University of New Orleans and Chappelle High School.
Gretna Middle School is one of 30 JPPSS schools to be recognized as a “Top Gains” School for the 2012-2013 school year for increasing its SPS by 10 percentage points.
